This commemorative selection has special packaging to celebrate our 40th Anniversary. Each box has two kinds of individually-wrapped chocolate discs.
The 40th Anniversary Pure Chocolate "ROYCE' Farm to Bar (Sweet & Milk)"* features the following chocolates:
"Sweet" (66%) - Semi-sweet chocolate with spicy and fruity flavors courtesy of Colombian cacao. It has a mild bitter taste followed by a slightly distinct acidity/aftertaste.
"Milk" (50%) - Milk chocolate that also has spicy and fruity flavors because of the Colombian cacao used. It has a perfect balance of milk and refreshing acidity/aftertaste.
What makes this more special is that we created this confection by being involved in every step of production, from using our own carefully-grown and cultivated cocoa beans sourced in our cacao farm in Colombia to crafting this selection in its entirety in our facilities in Hokkaido, Japan.
